A nice spot but terrible service. Doesnt seem like people are happy to work at this place or there isnt proper management. Good products but terrible service. Hiring young people that dont care definitely shows here.

Overall the foods were great. I had one cannoli , Napoleon and cheesecake from their pastry section. All the pastries were really good. I had their cheese rice ball and meet rice ball as well. They are okay. The one thing that I didn't like was the almond chocolate croissant. Usually I like the almond chocolate mixture. but I think the almond essence they used in the croissant was way too overpowering for me. Had to throw out the inner almond potion but the croissant on the top was really good and flaky.

Absolutely the best breads, pastries and hot prepared italian foods. Our family (and now extended family) has been coming here since it opened. My father is from Naples and he swears by this spot!

Food is good! However, little is being done to keep people apart- server brought a man's order right up beside the one I was paying for- asking him questions- man right near my shoulder- had to tell him to move back- server seemed oblivious to Covid/ social distancing.

Great friendly staff always ready to help. Everything is amazing there, I'm obsessed with the creme drink they have!

Francesca is a delightful neighborhood bakery. I only went to try the cannoli but plan to go back for a sandwich and a cappuccino. Everything looks and smells great.

I've driven pass this place probably at least a thousand times and never even given a thought of entering. Eventually I saw a picture on Instagram and decided to go check it out. I've been missing out for years. I drive 20+ minutes to come for the delicious sandwiches, fresh bread and tasty treats every couple of weeks now

A Scarborough institution. Amazing baked goods, phenomenal lunch options (sandwiches, soups, pizzas, etc), catering for all occasions, a selection of hard to find imported products, and just lovely staff. Lucky to work down the street. Always pop in when I can.

They make one of the best Tirumisu in the city. I like the chocolate with strong coffee one. 5 out of 5.

The store is great and has always been good, however since covid-19 they are terrible at dealing with customer pick-up. I ordered a cake and paid for it over the phone. When I arrived at the store, they expect you to wait in the long line up to pick up your order. They need to have a better way of dealing with people picking up.

Easily the best fresh baked pastries in the east end. My girlfriend is insistent in me making this place a part of my daily routine to get their almond croissant. Must try!

Best cake ever in Toronto. I strongly recommend this bakery. Everyone like the cake and it was so soft, spongy and tasty cake. It was vanilla and mix fruit cake.

Every time I go and pick up lunch for my office, they always run out of food on the hot table and its very limited by 12:30 pm. I tried going different times, same thing. They make one tray of everything and thats it. It is a hit and miss with the hot table. The staff should be happy that they have a job during Covid because if they smile their face might crack, especially the cashiers. Customer service is not at their best. You have to watch out when they ringing in your food, I have been over charge twice out of the times I have been there so now I always ask for the detail bill. They need to be more organized with running out of food by noon and not replenishing. Over all the baked goods and the hot table just ok.

IDK if they specifically have halal options but i go there for the pizza dough but they have other things like coffee and other stuff which you can eat if you prefer halal

This place is the cutest little Italian bakery! The BEST Arancini's, Veil, and Connoli's! Love love love this place. Have been going to this place for as long as i can remember :)

We tried their ecclairs and their ricotta cheese croissants. They were both great and fresh. Though I wish they had cream ecclairs

I've got this Tiramisu cake today. So disappointed ...26. 00 for a small cake.. Tiramisu supposed to be moist and creamy... This cake is so dry not even sweet ...?? Tiramisu from Walmart test better Don't buy cakes from this place people Definitely my last visit

My previous boss introduced this bakery to me. He would occasionally treat the office staff to sweet or sour danishes. One time he bought fried rice ball that has meat in it, eat it while it's hot! So good and filling. The pistachio cake is also very good.
